PPGI Color Coated Corrugated Roofing Sheet
PPGI Color Coated Corrugated Roofing Sheet is a cold-rolled steel panel that is pre-painted and made from PPGI prepainted coil. It is used for exterior wall and roof applications in commercial and industrial construction. Tianjin Youcheng Technology Co., Ltd. has about 20000 tonnes of stock that can be shipped. The normal lead time for production is seven to ten days. EN 10204-3.1 says that mill test certificates are given out and that third-party checks can be arranged if needed.

The base material for the panel is a PPGI color-coated coil that has been prepainted. A finished corrugated panel with a smooth, painted surface is created by cold roll forming and shearing the coil.
To accommodate various architectural needs, two wave profile variants are available: trapezoidal and arc corrugated. The organic paint coating offers both a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance and anti-rust protection for outdoor exposure.
Technical indicators might refer to foreign specifications for international project requirements, and manufacturing adheres to Chinese national standards.

The way your project will be exposed will help you choose the right paint grade. You can choose from three methods.
PE (Polyester) is the most versatile option. It can be used for standard indoor or moderate outdoor tasks where saving money is important.
SMP (Silicone Modified Polyester) is better at handling changes in temperature and UV light than regular PE, which makes it a good choice for places with climates that change often.
High-Durable Polyester (HDP) is made for places with a lot of UV light. HDP is a good option for projects in areas with a lot of UV light or near the coast.

PPGI Color Coated Corrugated Roofing Sheet is used across a range of industrial and commercial building projects.
Every order is supported by a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) following the EN 10204-3.1 layout, based on factory internal inspection. Standard non-destructive testing (NDT) is included.
Independent verification is available: third-party inspection can be arranged at additional cost. Products carry ISO and RoHS compliance, with Certificates of Compliance available upon request.

Panels are packed with protective plastic film and steel strapping bundles to protect the painted surface during ocean freight and land transport, reducing surface scratching and edge damage in transit.
Tianjin Youcheng Technology Co., Ltd. works with logistics and freight forwarding partners, supporting export of PPGI Color Coated Corrugated Roofing Sheet to markets including Kuwait, Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, Kenya, Tunisia, and others.

Q: Where does this item get used most often?
A: It is mostly used for warehouses, industrial workplaces, prefabricated buildings, and the roofs of stadiums. It's also used to cover the outside of homes when colour and weather resistance are important.
Q: How are PE, SMP, and HDP coatings different from each other?
A: PE polyester costs less and covers standard conditions. SMP, or silicone-modified polyester, is moderately resistant to weather in a range of climates. HDP (high-durable polyester) works well in places with strong UV rays and direct sunlight, like tropical or high-UV areas.
Q: Is it possible to order a certain RAL colour?
A: Standard colours are in stock all the time. There is a minimum order amount that must be met in order to make non-standard RAL colours. Send us your RAL code to find out if we have it and how long the lead time is.
Q: What range of thicknesses are there?
A: Bases are between 0.20 mm and 1.2 mm thick. The right width depends on how much weight your structure needs to hold and the building codes in your area.
Q: What kind of paperwork is given?
A: Based on an inspection by the factory itself, each shipment comes with a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) in line with EN 10204-3.1. It comes with standard NDT. For an extra fee, a third-party review is possible.
Q: How long does it take to make something?
A: The normal lead time for production is seven to ten days. There are about 200 tonnes of stock on hand, and some standard specs may be ready to ship more quickly.
