Stainless Steel Decorative Plate
Tianjin Youcheng Technology Co., Ltd. supplies Stainless Steel Decorative Plate. Cold-rolled base sheet is what each product is built from. Grades we run are 201, 304, and 316L. Thickness covers 0.6 mm up to 5.0 mm. Some plates get polished first. Others receive PVD vacuum colour coating, and water-wave embossing is a third option. No plate leaves the factory before one of those steps. Stock sits at about 200 tons. Standard production lead time runs 7–10 days, so we can fill orders for architectural and interior decoration projects around the world.

This product starts life as a cold-rolled stainless steel sheet. Then the surface gets treated. Mechanical polishing is one route. PVD vacuum ion plating is another. Brushing counts as well. Water-wave embossing is another option.
The finished surface still resists corrosion the way stainless steel does, and it gives off a high-end look. Standard industrial sheet never goes through this. The point here is architectural and ornamental work. In that work, looks and durability both matter.
Designers and contractors hit the same problems all the time. This product handles them. Upkeep gets more expensive with organic coatings. Surfaces oxidize in humid spots, and in places where traffic is heavy. On top of that, decorative surfaces need a fire rating without cutting down design freedom.

Pick from a few decorative finishes, depending on what your project needs:
You can apply any of these finishes to 201, 304, or 316L base metal. Two things decide your pick: corrosion resistance and what you can spend.
PVD coating durability: Titanium or zirconium compounds bond to the steel surface during a vacuum ion plating step. Hardness passes 2000 HV. No organic paint coating can reach that level of scratch resistance.
Anti-corrosion base material: The stainless base still fights rust once the surface treatment is done. Inside a building, it suits decoration well. A few outdoor jobs work with it too.
Tight dimensional control: Across the full sheet, thickness stays inside ±0.02 mm. Elevator cabin panels and curtain wall systems call for that. Fit in those places comes down to alignment.
Processing flexibility: Sizes can be made to order. Panels also bend on site during installation. Less material ends up as waste. Shipping and handling get simpler too.
Transport protection: A protective film goes on every plate before it ships. To stop surface damage in freight, we pack the plates, including the Stainless Steel Decorative Plate, in wooden crates.
Elevator cabin cladding: Inside elevators, hotels and commercial buildings often fit hair-line or PVD-coloured finishes on the walls. That PVD coat is tough. Marks from daily use are rare.
Hotel lobby wall panels: Entrance halls often get mirror plates and water-wave embossed plates. In those spaces, looks come first. Grade 304 is normally the pick indoors, where conditions stay controlled.
Luxury commercial facades: In coastal and humid climates, outside and semi-outside surfaces take a beating. That is where 316L fits in. Pitting from chlorides has a hard time against its molybdenum content. Then weather exposure runs into a second barrier, the PVD coating.
Signage and branding elements: Retail shop signs use these finishes. Name plates carry them as well. Decorative trim is another spot where they show up. PVD titanium gold and rose gold are the two colors you can pick from.
Coastal hospitality and marine-adjacent projects: Here, go with 316L as the base material. Humid sites give it no trouble. It also lasts well in areas where hygiene matters most. Standard 304, in those same conditions, often falls short.
Before they ship, every batch is inspected. A fixed procedure guides the check:
MTC paperwork comes in the EN 10204-3.1 format. If your project needs independent proof, a third party can inspect the goods. That service costs extra.

Two sheet sizes appear on the list: 1220 × 2440 mm and 1000 × 2000 mm. Panels made to other dimensions are possible too. We cut panels to a fixed length. Bending comes with the service as well. That suits installs that call for a certain shape.
Both OEM and ODM jobs for Stainless Steel Decorative Plate come through our shop. A project sometimes needs a set grade mix. Surface finish has to change quite often. Then there is packaging. Each local market has rules, and the packing has to follow them.

Q: A decorative stainless plate takes its color from PVD. What does that mean once the plate goes to recycling?
A: PVD happens in a vacuum. The steel base below can still be recycled the same way. Paint coatings are a different case, because they add chemical layers.
Q: Why is 316L the better choice over 304 when the job is outdoors?
A: Molybdenum is one of the ingredients in 316L. Pitting starts when chlorides get high. A site close to the sea runs into the same problem. That element is what shuts it down. So over the long run, facades and seaside projects hold up better with 316L.
Q: Can the plates be welded without ruining the decorative finish?
A: Yes. The catch is that it takes low-heat TIG welding and a special argon shield. After the weld, you have to clean the area, otherwise the finish around it oxidizes.
Q: How long does the PVD colour coating normally last?
A: Inside, the coating tends to hold up well. Credit for that goes to the hardness of the PVD layer. Outdoors, the story changes. Results there hinge on how much UV light hits the surface and on local conditions. Each install behaves a little differently.
Q: How is PVD layer thickness verified?
A: Two methods are used to measure it. One is X-ray fluorescence (XRF). The other is cross-sectional SEM analysis. Most readings land between 0.3 and 1.5 microns. Where a given part falls in that range comes down to the colour and the finish spec.
Q: Which papers come with every order?
A: A Mill Test Certificate in EN 10204-3.1 format goes out with each order. NDT is part of the standard package. Need a third-party inspection? We can set that up for an extra fee. It depends on your project or on the import rules you have to meet.
